SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of multi-unit operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive performance
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Working closely with Red Lobster Finance Team to assist in budget and forecast compilations and related financial analysis
Prepares and coordinates various weekly, monthly and/or year-end analyses and reports as needed
Monitor performance against estimates and provide variance analysis to inform recommendations.
Developing and evaluating monthly, annual, and long-range planning financial models to forecast company performance
Working with advanced business metrics and analytics to optimize analysis and provide predictive insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and support strategic initiatives.
Numerous ad-hoc analysis as requested to optimize business performance and inform decisions
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of corporate finance, FP&A principles, and financial statement analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of SQL and querying large datasets
Experience maintaining and automating large, complex financial models
Ability to consolidate and analyze financial data from multiple systems and sources
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Ability to carry out multiple complex projects in an independent manner
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Three or more years' experience in financial analysis
