Fueled by voluntary employee donations, the Red Lobster Employee Emergency Assistance Fund allows us to offer meaningful support to team members facing unexpected financial hardship. Every donation—no matter the size—helps ease the burden during life’s most difficult moments, reminding us that we’re never alone when we need help the most.
Red Lobster Shares
We started the Red Lobster Shares program in 2003 as a way to give back to the communities we’re part of. We donate unused, wholesome food to local food pantries, homeless shelters and community organizations every week, because we believe success also means supporting those who need it most.
